Frequently asked questions
What happens after the 90-day trial?
At the end of the trial, your account enters a restricted state — you can view your existing reconciliation data but cannot run new reconciliations or add companies until you subscribe. Your data is never deleted during this period.
What counts as a "company"?
Each GSTIN you add to CAFirmHQ counts as one company. A company group with multiple GSTINs would count as multiple companies under your plan.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time from within the platform. The new plan takes effect immediately and you will be billed the new rate on your next billing date.
Is GST charged on the subscription fee?
Yes. GST at the applicable rate is charged on all subscription fees. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every payment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from Settings → Billing at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Is my client data secure?
Yes. Each CA firm's data is completely isolated from all others. Uploaded Excel files are processed in memory and deleted immediately after reconciliation — only structured results are stored. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.
Do I need to install any software?
No. CAFirmHQ is entirely cloud-based and works in your browser. No installation, no desktop software, no IT setup required.
